a floor between
A Floor Between was a performance choreographed by Jordan Rosenow to compliment her exhibition Amid Structure at the Rochester Art Center. Two performers moved across the atrium on bridges a floor between. While they moved slowly from one side of the building to another recordings of construction sounds were played. The apparel for this performance mimicked the architecture of the Rochester Art Center. A long copper rectangle met a zinc square by way of the atrium, in both performance and built form. A Floor Between was a twenty minute performance presented on May 28th, 2018 at the Rochester Art Center.
